He who has ears to hear let him hear. A smart fool & the greedy wise man decide "This" must be done and "it" must be don't right. The city offers a reward for the person to build resolution the fastest. The smart fool was determined to win. He ran and built & failed , built and failed, built & failed until finally succeeded. The wise man watched the smart fool through the window and assembled the smart fools final creation. The both went to the City at the same time. Who Won?
